Please follow the rule. We already post the rule (on the banner) every time we post the release. Before this, you (the person who ignore the rule) can say you don't see that banner. Okay, it is fine. But now... we already put the rule in each file we upload. Don't tell me you don't read it....Anyway, is this website in Japanese? The font? The comment?
